We are looking for Airline Reservations Advisors with GDS skills to provide superb customer experience. You will be working on behalf of an airline company specializing in taking its travelers to the most crystal-clear waters in the world.

What You Will Be Doing At Webhelp

As an Airline Reservations Advisor with GDS skills – French Speaker, you will:
  • Manage reservations in a back-office capacity (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
  • Assist customers in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding their reservations and manage potential requests about travel dates, promotional campaigns, among others
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite and diplomatic way
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses according to the company’s policy
  • Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs

We’ll Be a Great Match If You
  • Are native or proficient in French and fluent in English (minimum level B2)
  • Can demonstrate previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions
  • Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
